I oversee all aspects of the operation of Vi-Tel including, management of the recruiting and placement division of Vi-Tel Staffing as well as monitoring and the quality control of all back office requirements.
I also develop and help implement the sales and marketing division of Vi-Tel, including new customer sales, customer retention and satisfaction.
